1. Ownership & Copyright

EchoLedger is created and owned by Ximanta Bhuyan. The project name, visual identity, source code, and all associated assets are protected under this license.

2. Attribution (Strict)

Any use, distribution, or deployment of EchoLedger—including modified versions—must include clear and visible attribution to the original author.

This attribution must appear in the source code, any public user interface, and accompanying documentation.

3. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use EchoLedger for:

• Personal, non‑commercial use
• Educational and research purposes
• Non‑profit community projects
• Local forks for experimentation and learning

4. Restrictions

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Commercial use of any kind
• Paid services, SaaS, or monetized deployments
• Rebranding, white‑labeling, or removal of authorship

• Malicious, abusive, harassing, or surveillance use
